Due to the personal care nature of our products, we offer exchanges or refunds specifically for transit-related issues or fulfillment errors within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order ID and clear images of the product.

- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product remains unused and in its original organic packaging.

Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
